The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from Sunday morning through Sunday evening for Northern Montgomery County. Expect heavy snow with potential accumulations of up to 5 inches.
Timing: Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
Areas Affected: Northern Montgomery County, as well as other portions of central, north-central, and northern Maryland, and northern Virginia.
Impacts: Slippery road conditions, hazardous travel.
