There are some exciting changes happening here at Moderately MOCO!
First, we’re excited to welcome new summer interns to the company! These high school students are working hard to bring news and important information to the people of Montgomery County, as well as build on their journalism skills and community relationships.
Some of our interns have already published articles and interviews including Anna Lam, Unisha Poudel, and Christian Lee.
We also have some new things in the works— including our own The MoCo AI Company. The MoCo AI Company specializes in AI consulting, usage, and custom applications.
If you want your business, organization, or campaign to get prepared for or take advantage of AI in the early stages – contact us before your competition does. The MoCo AI Company has created several proof of concept applications that utilize AI and automation.
One application the Moco Feed is now live – automated reporting for Moderately MOCO that works to aggregate local press releases and post them on our website and to social media. The Moco feed aims to utilize AI to make press releases more accessible to the public, but it is just the first of many tools that The MoCo AI Company is working on. You can find Moco Feed on Twitter or Facebook as well.
Moderately MOCO has also been working on MC Moderado, a Spanish component to the website and social media pages established to connect Spanish speakers to local news, events, and politics.
The MC Moderado website is still a work in progress but you can find it on Twitter for now.
Stay tuned for more updates!
