Saanvi Purohit, a 14-year old singer-songwriter from Hallie Wells Middle School, has just released her first single on all major streaming platforms. Saanvi has been singing for as long as she can remember, and after a summer of dedication and hard work, she produced and released “Did you know?” – her first song.
She spent countless hours reviewing mixes, pushing through unprecedented challenges, and building an online platform to showcase her skills and goals. “Did you know?” is about resilience and overcoming challenges even when situations seem impossible to get through, a testament for students who may have experienced burnout or pressure to be “perfect”.
Featuring a catchy pop tune and acoustic guitar to accompany its resonant message, this song is a must-listen for all ages. You can listen to her song on all major streaming platforms at this link: distrokid.com/hyperfollow/saanvipurohit/did-you-know
Saanvi cannot wait to continue furthering her musical interests, and hopes her song can continue inspiring young creatives across the county. You can connect with her via Instagram at her handle: @saanvipurohitsings
