Are you interested in staying active while also supporting your community? This article is all about the Second Annual Inspire Life 5k/Fun Run.
The race is a fundraiser for the Rockville Women’s Center which supports the community by offering a variety of free resources. These range from free ultrasounds to infant clothes and, most importantly, access to free counseling by a staff member who cares for and is with the client every step of the way.Â

Now onto the 5k information! This riveting and lively race brought out over one hundred participants last year and raised around $8,000, and we hope to break that by a long shot this time.
We will provide complementary medals, t-shirts, snacks, racebags, and water!
Check-in begins at 8am and the race starts at 9 on May 3rd at Wheaton Regional Park. There will be three age groups (0-14, 15-49, and 50+) each with their own first-place prizes!
