How we call races. Moderately MOCO calls a race only when the ballots still left to count cannot change the outcome. We look at Election Day precincts still out, mail-in ballots the county has received but not yet counted, mail-in ballots that can still arrive by 10 a.m. Nov. 13, and provisional ballots. Results are unofficial until the county certifies them.
Still to count: Montgomery County counts mail-in ballots again on Nov. 5, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 18, and provisional ballots starting Nov. 12.
