Why Are You Running For Office?
With two Daughters living in Montgomery County, I am distressed that we are becoming a police state and want to leave them a free and properous future.
It appears our elected officials don’t have grasp of the level of danger our society is facing.
Trump is is following Hilter’s play book and I believe he is getting us use to federal troops in our communities.
I asked the county council to shut down the traffic and doorbell camera and license plate reader feeds to the Maryland fusion center, where ICE has access to them.
I ask the county to cancel the contract with Equinix. Which is the same data center that ICE uses.
The current county executive refused to cancel the contract with Orcale. his right hand man, Dale Tibbits, said we can’t do without it.
Larry Ellision, the Trump supporter billionaire has said he is “vectorizing” all his customer’s data and feeding it to his AI beast in order to implement the perfect surveillance state to make everyone “behave themselves”.
The County is spend hundreds of millions of dollars on these techno-fascists billionaires’ companies that are backing Trump’s effort to replace our democracy.
The Council either are clueless that we are at war with the Dark Enlightenment or are our modern day version of the Vichy French.
I been implementing complex system for over 50 years and I believe i can solve most of the County’s problems with technology.
I the 1970s I competed directly with Oracle and my database blew it out of the water. I will provide all my technologies to the County at no charge to help us fight the war. I will put local laid off workers to work replacing Oracle and other Dark Enlightenment owned technologies.
Just like Alaska provides checks to citizens, I believe there will be thousands of government jurisdiction that would pay to have IT systems that don’t spy on other citizens. So instead of raise taxes, I plan to eliminate them and send citizens checks instead.
I believe we will experience the worst economic crash in our life times, due to under water real estate and data center debt imploding.
So we need someone innovative and that has a track record of solving large complex problems.
What Is The Biggest Issue Facing Voters In This Race?
There are three. The collapse of the economy, Trump and his Dark enlightenment billionaires replacing out democracy with a dictatrship and the energence of God Like Ai that will first take our jobs and quite possibly extinguish the human race.
What Experience Best Prepares You For This Role?
I have 50+ years consulting to hundreds of fortune 500 and Inc 100 companies. I have developed solutions in hundreds of knowledge domains. For most of those projects, I had no previous experience or deep knowledge in those domains.
Our family owned one of the first computer timeshare companies, Bethesda Timeshare” in the 1960s where I taught myself to program.
At the age of 20, I was President of Renaissance Consulting and lead the team that developed Inc 1 Intel’s cost evaluation system. I manged 30 consultants on projects for the biggest name in tech.
I developed a high breath rate infant respirator for Hewlett Packard, it consisted of under $10 in parts. HP put it in a shiny box and sold it for $60K.
I formed DPEX with my brother as VP of marketing and product development, I brought it to $5 million in sales in 18 months. Joe Lesman, HP’s top salesman knew we could solve anything he trough at us quickly at at pennies on the dollar then any other company in Silicon Valley.
For instance, Litton had a $80 million logistics project. Their 200+ programmers and analysts couldn’t figure it out. The problem was far to complex for a human brain to understand the problem.
We built a meta model of the system requirements and put into a relational database, then I wrote a program read the meta model and generated the entire system. We charge $2.2M for the system and made a hansom profit as it only cost about $100K to do the work.
I have developed dozens of:

- Maryland SHA smart cross walk study of 30 AI and smart sensor for vulnerable road user safety
- Micro positioning pilot for NYCDOT to prevent vulnerable road user crashes via smart phone ultrawide band chip
- Goverment systems for San Mateo and Santa Clara County and the cities of Sunnyvale, Woodside and Hillsdale and the Sate of California.
I automated the forensic audits for Arthur Anderson to audit Osborne Computers and AT&T Computer Systems, when they went belly up. I will use this skill to audit the County’s budget, Form a short review of the budget, I’m sure I can find a few billion in waste, inefficiencies and corruption.

Ping game inventor, Atari and Pizza Time Theaters founder Nolan Bushnell hired an executive recruiter to find him a Wizard to help is Catalyst Group high tech incubator companies to thin out side the box. I was the guy they brought him. I produced many innovations for him and his companies.

I developed the hydroponics program at University of DC and put systems in several DC food deserts and three MCPS high schools. One of the schools, the Rock Terrace special needs school, I issued a “greens” local currency and got 18 merchants and raised more funds then needed in two weeks.

I spent I year traveling the country visiting modular home factories and have figured out how to use robotics to lower the production cost of homes. I putting robotic controls on skid steer loaders, mini excavators, ride on troweling machines, tractors, etc.
I see a triple punch coming from the economic collapse, Trump federal workforce layoffs, AI replacing workers. i believe the best solution is to help workers to become the owners of the technologies that will be replacing them in the workforce. We can afford to Trust Musk to take care of use once his robots take over the workplace.
I will give subsidies to renters to be come build and own their home. A home owner will spend $70K over 30 years for a modest one bedroom apartment. As a renter, that same home will cost $270K over 30 years. I will insure every MoCo resident can own their own home if that want to.
Lately, I have been working on landcare and AG smart robots.
My knowledge of monetary science and macro-economics will allow me to issue food, housing and community health center bonds. They will have small denomination so that they can be spent as money in the community. This will provide the money that will become missing during the economic collapse. These bond notes will be inon-intert bearing and denominated in “greens”, “square foot” cost of homes and “visits” to the neighborhood MRI healthcare centers.
These notes will be interest free and create long term economic stability. Since their value is not pegged to Federal Reserve notes, note holder will appear to see the notes appreciate as regular money continues to loose it value.
Search for Talley sticks, they were interest free circulated in England for over 700 years. They brought great prosperity to England as it rose from the mid ages to the renaissance. England became the most powerful nation in the world.

What Would You Like Voters To Know About You Personally?
I married to to the most loving women in the world. I have two daughters that I admire greatly.
I was a three sport varsity athlete at Springbrook high school. When I was the first 10th grader to receive a varsity letter since Eagles pro bowl linebacker Paul Bunting did so 10 years earlier. I asked Mr Jaques, my track coach why.
He told me, “Peter, I knew how each athlete on the team would perform in every meet. I wrote down everyone’s expected performance. There were many meets I thought we had lost. But no matter what height I put down for you, you exceeded that height in every meet.” I was a pole vaulter and we won state that year as well as several regional invitationals.

If elected I will exceed every expectation the voters’ have of me.
I have the ability to perceive patterns and predict outcomes far into the future.

We will have a super economic crash beyond what we have experienced in our life times.
In the mid 1970s, I studied cybernetics at University of Delaware. One of only two schools that taught this out of the philosophy department. So learned the theory of artificial intelligence from the start. I was also independently studying bio-physics, theories of large systems, monetary science and software science. Software science was the study of entropy (disorder) in large software systems by David Bohm of Duke University.
I have a big rollidex of some of the smartest people in the world to call on to form my governance team. I have already found a local a forensic accounting CPA that will come on board to help audit the entire operating and capital budget.
I will scrap 100 and 200 hundred year old transportation technologies and build elevated autonomous guidway on the County congested corridor surface street like 355, Georgia, 29, New Hampshire, Veirs Mill, Connecticut, Randolph, etc.

And on the Ameican Legion bridge that will increase capacity ten fold without the need to rebuild it.

I see a Montogomery County:
- free of a surveillance state
- with no traffic congestion
- travel times a third of what we have now. So everyone has an extra 30 minutes to get home in time for their kids soccer game
- no GHG, particulate or volatiles emissions from transportation, zero deaths or serious injuries for transportation, a reforested AG reserve with agro-forestry production, 1,500 acres of robotic greenhousing food for humans without pesticides and synthetic fertilizers,
Unaffiliated voters have zero voice in who gets elected as there are fewer Republicans then unaffiliated voters so the Democratic primary winners is always the winner of the general election. if you like what you see, please switch your party affiliation to Democrat long enough to vote for me.
I believe the two party system, especially the far extremes of the parties, are damaging our country. If you want a County runs well, is affordable and free, please consider the switch and helping my campaign.
