Six shows around Montgomery County this weekend, and four of them land on Saturday. Friday is a late one in Clarksburg. Saturday opens on the Cordell stage at Taste of Bethesda, the free street festival that runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Woodmont Triangle, then moves through Kensington and Silver Spring before a 9 p.m. set in Olney. Sunday closes out at a Germantown cidery.

The Serpent's Rise by L.M. Sypher — one-year anniversary book sale, 9.20.26–9.26.26. Jorden Casillas and the Age of Monsters, a mythological adventure series for young adult readers, ages 10+.
