  2. Anderson indeed led testimony to the County Council during the public hearings that immediately preceded the closed Council meeting to review his conduct.

    I watched Anderson’s testimony on YouTube and it was clear that business as usual prevailed.

    This raises serious questions in my mind about the Council’s impartiality in reviewing Anderson’s conduct.

    The Seventh State political blog (https://theseventhstate.com) has reported numerous regulatory compliance lapses by Anderson during his recent tenure as Planning Board chair. Will these be considered by the Council in disciplining Anderson? And if not, why not?
